Shri Swami Samarth Engineers Limited Got A Project: Construction of cement concrete approach road from Talegaon Industrial Area Phase-I to Phase-IV

The Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC), through its Chief Engineer Pune Zone, Superintending Engineer Pune-2 and Civil Division Pune, invited a tender for the construction of a cement concrete approach road connecting Talegaon Industrial Area Phase-I to Phase-IV in Maharashtra.
The project aims to strengthen connectivity between different phases of the Talegaon Industrial Area and provide a durable road infrastructure for industrial traffic. The scope of work includes construction of the cement concrete pavement, road preparation and strengthening, drainage arrangements, traffic safety provisions, and other allied civil works required for the development of the approach road.
According to the tender details, the financial bid was opened on 12 June 2026 by MIDC. Following evaluation of the bids submitted by participating contractors, Shri Swami Samarth Engineers Limited emerged as the bidder quoting the minimum value for execution of the project.
The total project value stands at Rs. 535,778,474.8. Once completed, the new cement concrete approach road is expected to improve connectivity between Phase-I and Phase-IV of the Talegaon Industrial Area, facilitate smoother movement of heavy and commercial vehicles, and support industrial development in the region.
