The Road Construction Department (RCD), Jharkhand, under RCD EinC and RCD Chief Engineer Communication, invited a tender for Improvement of Riding Quality Programme (IRQP) work of Hutar to Chainpur Road.
The project focuses on improving the riding quality and overall condition of the existing road through pavement improvement, strengthening, repair of damaged sections, drainage-related works, and other allied civil works. The project is aimed at providing smoother and safer transportation, improving connectivity, and strengthening road infrastructure in the region.
As per the tender details, the financial bid was opened on 11 June 2026 by the RCD authorities. Following evaluation of the bids submitted by participating contractors, M/s Chhinmastika Construction emerged as the bidder quoting the minimum value for execution of the project.
The total project value stands at Rs. 166,009,503.8, representing a significant investment in improving road infrastructure. Upon completion, the project is expected to enhance road quality, reduce travel difficulties, and improve connectivity between Hutar and Chainpur.
