Victoryone Projects Got A Project:Construction of CC road

The Directorate of Urban Administration and Development (UAD), in collaboration with the Municipal Corporation of Indore, has initiated a major infrastructure development tender under the Project Cell – MC Indore. This urban upgrade focuses on improving critical public amenities and transportation systems in Indore city.
The project involves the construction of a cement concrete (CC) road, strengthening of existing sewer chambers, installation of footpaths, laying of a storm water drainage line, culvert construction, and shifting of electric lines. The development will cover a key corridor Dhar Road, from Chandan Nagar Square to Airport Road, passing through Nagin Nagar and Nandan Nagar.
The financial bid for this comprehensive civic upgrade was officially opened on 12th June 2025, after a detailed evaluation of technical proposals by the concerned authorities.
After assessing the submitted bids, Victoryone Projects emerged as the lowest bidder, offering the most competitive financial proposal that meets all required technical specifications and timelines.
The total estimated value of this urban infrastructure project is pegged at Rs. 22,73,84,912.70, representing a significant step forward in enhancing urban living standards, easing traffic flow, and improving public utilities in Indore.
