The City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Ltd (CIDCO), through its Engineering Department, has invited a major tender as part of its infrastructure expansion under the NAINA (Navi Mumbai Airport Influence Notified Area) Project. This ambitious initiative focuses on the integrated infrastructure development of 20-meter and above wide roads. The project also includes the construction of various major and minor structures such as flyovers, minor bridges, Vehicular Underpasses (VUPs), Pedestrian Underpasses (PUPs), and allied electrical works like street lighting.
The development will cover TPS 10 and TPS 11, which are key town planning schemes under NAINA. The aim is to provide modern and robust infrastructure to support future urban growth in the region. The project is designed to enhance mobility, reduce congestion, and ensure smooth traffic flow while addressing both vehicular and pedestrian needs.
