The Public Works Region – Nagpur, through the Public Works Circle – Chandrapur and the Public Works Division No. 1, Chandrapur, has invited a tender for the new construction of the Madheli–Warora Road section of State Highway (SH)–371. The work covers the stretch from CH 0-00 (Design Km 23-400) to CH 2-000 (Design Km 25-400), located in Tahsildar Warora, District Chandrapur.
This project is aimed at creating a high-quality roadway to improve connectivity within the district, reduce travel time, and support economic activities in the region. The new construction will be built to modern standards, ensuring durability, better traffic capacity, and enhanced safety for commuters.
The tender process, managed by the Public Works Region – Nagpur, saw the financial bid opening on 16th July 2025. The project drew interest from well-qualified contractors capable of executing state highway works with precision and efficiency.
Following the evaluation process, Shri Jai Girnari SRK JV emerged as the lowest bidder. Their selection reflects confidence in their technical expertise and track record of delivering quality infrastructure projects on time.
The total estimated value of the project stands at ₹24,32,73,855.6, representing a significant investment in Chandrapur’s road infrastructure and regional connectivity.
