Shivansh Construction Got A Project:UPGRADATION and BEAUTIFICATION WORK OF ROADS UNDER CMGRIDS SCHEME FROM MAHATMA GANDHI MARG TO RANA PRATAP MARG

The Directorate of Local Bodies, Uttar Pradesh, in association with the Lucknow Municipal Corporation, has floated an important tender aimed at upgrading urban roads under the CM Grids Scheme. This initiative is designed to improve road aesthetics and infrastructure quality across key routes in Lucknow.
The scope of the project includes the upgradation and beautification of two major road stretches: from Mahatma Gandhi Marg to Rana Pratap Marg (Moti Mahal Marg), and from Ayodhya Marg Service Road (Vishal Megamart) to Awadh Bus Station. These stretches fall in highly trafficked and prominent areas of the city, necessitating comprehensive improvement.
Under the CM Grids Scheme, the project aims to enhance both functionality and appearance through resurfacing, landscaping, improved lighting, pedestrian facilities, and modern urban design elements. These upgrades are expected to significantly enhance commuting experience and urban mobility in Lucknow.
The financial bids were opened on 26th June 2025, with Shivansh Construction quoting the lowest bid, reflecting their ability and readiness to undertake high-value urban development works.
The total value of the project is estimated at ₹315735396.7, showcasing the government’s commitment to transforming public infrastructure in the state capital.
