M/s Seema Enterprises Got A Project: Construction of high level bridge over Dharganga river between Ghatoli to Kelkhoyra road

The Public Works Department (PWD) under the Chief Engineer and Additional Secretary (CE & AS), along with the Additional Chief Engineer (ACE) – Kota Zone, Superintending Engineer (SE) – Jhalawar Circle, and Executive Engineer (EE) – Aklera Division, invited bids for an important infrastructure project in Jhalawar district. The project involves the construction of a high-level bridge over the Dharganga River, intended to connect Ghatoli to Kelkhoyra road.
This bridge will significantly improve regional connectivity, particularly benefiting commuters and freight movement between rural and semi-urban zones. The new structure aims to ensure year-round accessibility, especially during the monsoon season when the river flow often disrupts transport. The initiative is part of the Rajasthan government’s broader push to enhance rural infrastructure and support economic growth in remote regions.
The financial bid for the tender was officially opened on 28th May 2025 by the concerned PWD authorities. Several reputed firms participated in the bidding process, showcasing keen interest in this crucial connectivity project. Among all bidders, M/s Seema Enterprises emerged as the lowest financial bidder. The total project value stands at Rs. 22,76,60,609. The firm is expected to begin work post the final award and agreement formalities.
