The Public Works Department (PWD) under the Chief Engineer and Additional Secretary (CE & AS), Kota, in association with ACE Kota, SE Bundi, and EE Nainwa, has issued a tender for a critical road infrastructure project in Rajasthan. The project involves the widening and strengthening of MDR 410, covering the stretch from Samarawata Village on NH-148D to Jetpur at Km 68/700, extending over 33 kilometers.
This road passes through major rural settlements such as Bambooli, Bamangaon, Jarkhoda, Karwar, Arnetha, Antarda, and Talwas,
making it a vital corridor for local commuters, agricultural transport, and regional trade. The upgraded road will significantly enhance mobility, reduce travel time, and promote socio-economic development in the Bundi district.
The financial bid for the tender was officially opened on 9th May 2025, drawing bids from multiple qualified contractors. The strong response underscores the importance of this route in Rajasthan’s rural infrastructure network and the government’s focus on strengthening road connectivity.
Following the competitive evaluation, M/s Hari Ram Godara emerged as the lowest bidder, securing eligibility to undertake the project. The total estimated project value stands at ₹61,05,61,110.9, reflecting a major public investment toward improving road conditions and accessibility in the region.
