The Urban Improvement Trust (UIT) Kota, through the Additional Chief Engineer (Addl. C.E.), Superintending Engineer (S.E.) – I, and Executive Engineer (Ex. En.) – I, has invited a tender for the construction of peripheral roads and other connecting roads in the Ramnagar Stone Mandi area of Kota. The project includes the development of roads with widths of 24 meters and 30 meters, along with other associated works to improve internal and external connectivity.
This infrastructure initiative aims to facilitate better movement of goods and vehicles in the Ramnagar Stone Mandi area, a location known for its significant stone trade activities. The upgraded roads will ensure smoother transportation, reduce congestion, and support the economic growth of the region by improving access for traders and transport operators.
The financial bid for the tender was opened on 3rd July 2025, following prescribed procurement procedures. Multiple contractors participated, reflecting the importance of the project in enhancing Kota’s road infrastructure.
The lowest bid was submitted by M/s Durga Construction, offering a competitive price while meeting the technical specifications and quality standards laid out by the department.
