The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) invited a tender for strengthening and improvement of multiple major roads in Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad. The project covers several important road stretches, including the 45-metre-wide road in front of GD Goenka School, the 45-metre-wide road from Ajnara Society to Ajnara Fragrance, the 45-metre-wide road from Sona Palace to the back gate of Gulmohar Society, the 30-metre-wide road from KDP Golchakkar to Agarwal Heights, and the 24-metre-wide road from Bandha Road to Jyoti Super Village.
The project focuses on strengthening the existing road infrastructure to improve pavement quality, traffic movement and connectivity across Raj Nagar Extension. The works are expected to include pavement strengthening, resurfacing, repairs to damaged sections, drainage improvements, road safety measures and other allied civil works.
According to the tender details, the financial bid was opened on 22 June 2026 by the Ghaziabad Development Authority. Following evaluation of the bids, J.P. Enterprises emerged as the bidder quoting the minimum value for execution of the project.
The total project value stands at Rs. 244,553,979.4. Once completed, the strengthening works are expected to improve road quality, reduce traffic-related difficulties and provide smoother and safer connectivity throughout the rapidly developing Raj Nagar Extension area.
