The New Okla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA) invited a tender for the remodelling of an existing drain by constructing an RCC drain at two locations in Noida. The project covers the stretch from Anand Timber to Vishal Mega Mart at Road No. 1 and from Labour Chowk to Road No. 06 at Mamura Road, Sector-62.
The project focuses on upgrading the existing drainage infrastructure to improve water flow and strengthen the drainage system in the Sector-62 area. The scope includes construction of the RCC drain, necessary civil works, connections with the existing drainage network and other allied works.
According to the tender details, the financial bid was opened on 9 June 2026 by the New Okla Industrial Development Authority. Following evaluation of the bids, JRD Infratech Private Limited emerged as the bidder quoting the minimum value for execution of the project.
The total project value stands at Rs. 164,554,809.7. Once completed, the upgraded RCC drainage system is expected to improve stormwater management, reduce drainage-related problems and strengthen civic infrastructure along the identified stretches of Mamura Road.
