PWD – Roads and Bridges, under the Ujjain CE Ujjain Zone, invited a tender for the Construction of the Pashupatinath Temple to Nalchhamata Mandir Mandsaur Bypass Road. The project covers a total length of 3.80 km and includes comprehensive electric work, aimed at enhancing safety, illumination, and overall travel conditions. The work falls under the Mandsaur Division, a key region where improved connectivity supports religious tourism and local development.
This proposed bypass road is expected to significantly ease traffic congestion around the temple routes, providing a smoother and more efficient link between Pashupatinath Temple and Nalchhamata Mandir. Heera Ram Godara emerged as the lowest (L1) bidder, securing the contract to undertake the construction and electrification work as per departmental guidelines.
The total project value stands at Rs. 151,036,332.3, marking a meaningful investment in strengthening infrastructure within the Mandsaur District. Upon completion, the new bypass road will streamline traffic flow, support temple tourism, and contribute to the region’s socio-economic improvement.
