Jaipur Development Authority (JDA), through Director – Engineering II, S.E. 03, and Ex. En. 08, has invited a tender for the Construction of a 200 Feet Sector Road connecting Ajmer Road to Sirsi Road in Zone 12, Jaipur. This project is planned as a two-year Rate Contract and falls under the Budget Announcement 2025–26, highlighting its priority in the city’s infrastructure expansion plan.
The work includes construction of a wide 200-feet arterial road designed to improve traffic distribution, support future urban growth, and enhance connectivity between two major corridors—Ajmer Road and Sirsi Road. The project involves earthwork, pavement layers, drainage facilities, median development, and other essential road infrastructure components needed for smooth vehicular movement. Once completed, the road is expected to significantly reduce congestion and strengthen intra-city connectivity in the rapidly developing Zone 12.
The financial bid for the tender was opened on 15th September 2025 by JDA authorities including Director – Engineering II, S.E. 03, and Ex. En. 08. The bid evaluation process was conducted as per standard guidelines to ensure transparency and competitiveness. Among the participating bidders, Hardayal Constructions and Projects LLP quoted the minimum value for execution. The overall project value is estimated at Rs. 252,770,866.1, marking a major investment targeted at boosting road infrastructure and facilitating seamless mobility across Jaipur.
