The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) invited a tender for the construction of a 45-metre-wide peripheral road and RCC drain from Sector Kappa-2 (M.M.L.P.) to M.M.T.H. (DMIC), along with an approach road to ROB-146 covering the Village Pali and Palla areas of Greater Noida.
The project focuses on strengthening road connectivity and drainage infrastructure in the developing industrial and urban areas of Greater Noida. The scope includes construction of the 45-metre-wide peripheral road, RCC drainage infrastructure, the approach road to ROB-146, pavement works, drainage arrangements, road safety provisions and other allied civil works.
According to the tender details, the financial bid was opened on 16 June 2026 by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority. Following evaluation of the bids, Gupta Associates emerged as the bidder quoting the minimum value for execution of the project.
The total project value stands at Rs. 195,193,972.6. Once completed, the project is expected to improve connectivity between the identified areas, strengthen drainage infrastructure and support the planned industrial and urban development of Greater Noida.
