Y Tech Constructions Engineers and Contractors Got A Project: Balance Works Construction of 196 EWS, 120 LIG and 72 MIG Houses and 36 Shops

The Directorate Urban Administration and Development through Municipal Corporations – UAD and the Municipal Corporation Rewa invited a tender for the balance works construction of housing units and commercial shops at Krishna Nagar under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. The project focuses on the development of housing infrastructure for identified slum areas in Rewa city, aiming to improve living conditions and provide affordable housing for economically weaker sections.
The scope of the project includes the construction of 196 EWS (Economically Weaker Section) houses, 120 LIG (Low Income Group) houses, and 72 MIG (Middle Income Group) houses, along with 36 commercial shops. In addition to the residential and commercial units, the project also involves infrastructure development such as internal roads, drainage systems, water supply, electricity connections, and other essential civic facilities required for a sustainable residential environment.
According to the tender details, the financial bid was opened on 3 February 2026 by the Directorate Urban Administration and Development through the Municipal Corporation Rewa. After the evaluation of financial proposals submitted by participating contractors, Y Tech Constructions Engineers and Contractors emerged as the bidder quoting the minimum value for executing the project.
The total project value stands at Rs. 239,927,969.5, reflecting a significant investment toward urban housing development in Rewa. Once completed, the project is expected to provide better housing facilities, support urban infrastructure improvement, and enhance the quality of life for residents of identified slum areas under the PMAY initiative.
