Vikesh Kumar Got A project: Construction of road from Sujandhar to Dangakote via Mohali Talab under NABARD RIDF XXX Block Bhomag District Reasi Phase Ist length 10.00 Km

The Public Works Department (PWD), under the authority of the Chief Engineer, Roads and Buildings (R&B), Pir Panjal, has invited a tender for the construction of a road from Sujandhar to Dangakote via Mohali Talab under NABARD RIDF-XXX, Phase-I, in Block Bhomag, District Reasi. The proposed road has a total length of 10.00 km and is intended to improve connectivity in the hilly and rural areas of the district.
The project aims to provide all-weather road connectivity to remote habitations, facilitating smoother movement of residents, agricultural produce, and essential goods. Development of this corridor will reduce travel time, enhance road safety, and improve access to education, healthcare, and market facilities. The project also aligns with the objectives of NABARD RIDF to promote balanced regional development through infrastructure enhancement.
The financial bid for the tender was opened on 27th December 2025 by PWD under CE R&B Pir Panjal. After evaluation of the bids received, Vikesh Kumar emerged as the lowest bidder, quoting the minimum value for execution of the project. The tendering process was carried out in accordance with established procurement procedures to ensure transparency and fair competition.
The total project cost is Rs. 168,744,661.7, reflecting a significant investment in rural road infrastructure in District Reasi. Upon completion, the project is expected to strengthen regional connectivity, improve transportation efficiency, and support socio-economic development in Block Bhomag and surrounding areas.
