The Public Works Region, through the Public Works Circle, Chandrapur and Public Works Division, Wardha, has invited a tender for the construction of a major bridge over the Wardha River on the Deoli-Dahegaon-Pulgaon to Amravati District Border Road (SH-322A) at Km 9/500 in Deoli Taluka, Wardha district, Maharashtra. The project is being undertaken under the second call for tenders.
The proposed infrastructure project involves the construction of a major bridge over the Wardha River to improve connectivity along the SH-322A corridor. The bridge is intended to facilitate smoother vehicular movement between Deoli, Dahegaon, Pulgaon and the adjoining Amravati district border, while strengthening regional transportation infrastructure.
The financial bid for the project was opened on 10th August 2026 by the Public Works Region, Public Works Circle, Chandrapur and Public Works Division, Wardha. T AND T INFRA LIMITED JV quoted the minimum value for the project and emerged as the minimum-value bidder.
The total value of the project is Rs. 280,800,000, equivalent to approximately Rs. 28.08 crore. The construction of the major bridge is expected to improve river-crossing facilities, strengthen road connectivity and support transportation along this important state highway corridor.
