The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), through its Road Development Department, has invited a tender for the development of a 30-metre-wide DP Road from Wellesley Road to Janaai Mata Mandir to Bund Garden Bridge in Pune, Maharashtra.
The proposed project involves the development of the designated 30-metre-wide road corridor connecting Wellesley Road, Janaai Mata Mandir and Bund Garden Bridge. The road development is aimed at improving connectivity along this important route and supporting smoother vehicular movement within the city.
The financial bid for the project was opened on 11th August 2026 by the Pune Municipal Corporation, Road Development Department. Shri Swami Samarth Engineers Limited quoted the minimum value for the project and emerged as the minimum-value bidder.
The total value of the project is Rs. 648,471,472.7, equivalent to approximately Rs. 64.85 crore. The development of the 30-metre-wide DP Road is expected to strengthen the road network in Pune and improve connectivity between the adjoining areas and Bund Garden Bridge.
