The Public Works Region, Nashik, under the Public Works Circle, Ahmednagar, and the World Bank Project Division, Ahmednagar, has invited a tender for the improvement and four-laning of the Ahilyanagar–Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Road section from Ahilyanagar to Vadala on MSH-05 (NH 753F) in Maharashtra.
The project covers the road stretch from Km 120/400 to Km 162/00 in Ahilyanagar district, covering approximately 41.6 km. The proposed improvement and four-laning works aim to enhance road capacity, improve connectivity and facilitate smoother movement of vehicles along this important road corridor.
The financial bid for the project was opened on 27th August 2026. Shreeji Infraspace Pvt. Ltd. quoted the minimum value for the project and emerged as the minimum-value bidder.
The total project value is Rs. 4,505,629,455, equivalent to approximately Rs. 450.56 crore. The project is expected to improve regional connectivity between Ahilyanagar and the Vadala section towards Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar while supporting more efficient road transportation.
