Shree Ram Construction Company Got A Project: Construction of concrete approach road with median divider, toe wall, box culvert bridge

The South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL), through its SECL Headquarters – HQ Civil, has invited a tender for the Construction of a concrete approach road with a median divider, toe wall, box culvert bridge, and display board for the Jhiria West OCP of Hasdeo Area, including five years of comprehensive maintenance. This tender has been issued as the 2nd Call. The project is essential for strengthening mine-connectivity infrastructure and supporting operational efficiency within the Hasdeo mining zone.
The proposed work includes constructing a durable concrete approach road designed to withstand heavy mining transport, integrating a central median divider for safer vehicle movement, and building a protective toe wall to enhance structural stability. Additionally, the construction of a box culvert bridge will ensure smooth water discharge and uninterrupted road performance during monsoon conditions. Installation of a display board is also part of the scope to support site information and compliance requirements.
The financial bid opening is scheduled for 22nd September 2025, under the supervision of SECL Headquarters and HQ Civil. During the financial evaluation, Shree Ram Construction Company emerged as the bidder with the minimum quoted value, meeting the competitiveness and criteria set by SECL for the tender.
The total project value stands at ₹249,141,080.2, marking a significant investment aimed at improving mining-linked transportation infrastructure and ensuring long-term durability through five years of comprehensive maintenance.
