The Uttarakhand Peyjal Nigam through the offices of the Managing Director Peyjal Nigam, CGM CW Dehradun, and GM Dehradun Peyjal Nigam invited a tender for the Type II Housing Block C Police Line Dehradun. The project involves the construction of Type-II housing (Block-C) at the Police Line Racecourse in Dehradun, aimed at improving residential facilities for police personnel.
The scope of work includes the development of residential units along with essential infrastructure such as internal roads, water supply systems, sanitation facilities, electrical installations, and other amenities necessary for comfortable living. The project is designed to enhance housing infrastructure and support the welfare and operational readiness of police staff.
As per the tender details, the financial bid was opened on 12 February 2026 by the Peyjal Nigam authorities through its Construction Wing in Dehradun. After evaluation of bids submitted by participating contractors, Rajesh Goel Thekedar emerged as the bidder quoting the minimum value for executing the project.
The total project value stands at Rs. 388,811,538.7, indicating a substantial investment in residential infrastructure development. Upon completion, the housing units will provide improved living conditions for police personnel and contribute to better infrastructure support at the Police Line Racecourse in Dehradun.
