M/s Doon Infrastructure Got A Project: Construction of bridge on Pathri Roh river at Hettampur

The Public Works Department (PWD), along with the Superintending Engineer, PWD Circle Haridwar, has invited a tender for the Construction of a bridge on the Pathri Roh River at Hettampur, located at Km 3 of the Roshanabad–Biharigarh motor road. This project falls under the CRIF (Central Road & Infrastructure Fund) scheme and serves the BHEL Ranipur Assembly Constituency in Haridwar district. The proposed bridge is crucial for strengthening regional connectivity and ensuring safe, uninterrupted movement across this important road corridor.
The project aims to construct a durable and technically sound bridge structure capable of withstanding seasonal water flow variations of the Pathri Roh River. The work includes foundation development, substructure and superstructure construction, approach road formation, protective works, and safety installations. Once completed, the bridge will significantly enhance mobility for local residents, improve transport reliability, and support socio-economic development in the region.
The financial bid opening is scheduled for 2nd September 2025, overseen by the PWD and SE PWD Circle Haridwar. During the financial evaluation, M/s Doon Infrastructure emerged as the bidder with the minimum quoted value, fulfilling the competitive bidding requirements of the department.
The total project value stands at ₹234,962,000, representing a major investment toward improving road and bridge infrastructure in Haridwar district. This structure will play a vital role in enhancing connectivity and ensuring safer travel throughout the region.
