The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), through its regional and project-level offices, has initiated a tender process for a significant infrastructure project in Punjab. The scope of the tender falls under the Performance Based Maintenance Contract (PBMC) model, focusing on the Maur to Raman Mandi section of National Highway-254.
