The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), through its regional and project-level offices, has initiated a tender process for a significant infrastructure project in Punjab. The scope of the tender falls under the Performance Based Maintenance Contract (PBMC) model, focusing on the Maur to Raman Mandi section of National Highway-254. This particular stretch spans from Km 104.200 to Km 131.600, aiming to enhance road quality and ensure long-term maintenance standards are met.
This PBMC tender was issued by the Ministry in coordination with P1 Delhi – MoRTH, RO Chandigarh – MoRTH, and NH Punjab PWD-Bathinda – MoRTH.
