The Chief Engineer, PWD Central Zone, Lucknow, in collaboration with the Superintending Engineer (SE), UPPWD Sitapur, and Construction Division-1, Khiri, invited a tender for a critical road improvement project in Khiri district. The project involves the widening and strengthening of the Jhandi–Shardanager–Aflex Bandha link road from Km 1 to 17 (up to 200 metres), aiming to boost transportation infrastructure in the region.

The lowest financial bid was submitted by M/s Associate Builders and Traders, who emerged as the L1 bidder for this road development assignment. The project is valued at Rs. 15,27,40,767, with execution expected to begin following contract finalization and administrative approvals.
