The New Okla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA) invited a tender for the strengthening of roads in Sector-5, Sector-9, Sector-10, Zonal Road No. 3, Zonal Road No. 5, and the road connecting Sector-5 and Sector-8 under Work Circle-1, Noida.
The project involves cold milling of the existing bituminous pavement followed by re-surfacing to improve the condition and riding quality of the roads. The work is aimed at addressing pavement deterioration, strengthening the road surface, improving traffic movement and enhancing road safety across the identified areas.
According to the tender details, the financial bid was opened on 3 June 2026 by the New Okla Industrial Development Authority. Following evaluation of the bids, Krishna Civicons emerged as the bidder quoting the minimum value for execution of the project.
The total project value stands at Rs. 178,767,415.3. Once completed, the road strengthening and resurfacing work is expected to provide smoother and safer roads while improving the durability of the existing pavement infrastructure in Noida.
