Hukum Infra Got A project: Construction of ROB at railway crossing on Roteda to Sogariya Road

The Public Works Department (PWD) – Chief Engineer & Additional Secretary (CE & AS), in coordination with ACE–Kota, SE–Bundi, and EE–Nainwa, has invited a tender for the construction of a Road Over Bridge (ROB) at the railway crossing on the Roteda to Sogariya Road in Kota district. This project is aimed at eliminating level-crossing delays and improving overall traffic efficiency in the region.
The proposed ROB will play a vital role in enhancing road safety by separating rail and road traffic, thereby reducing accident risks and congestion caused by frequent train movements. The Roteda–Sogariya corridor serves as an important local and regional link, and the new bridge will ensure uninterrupted vehicular movement while supporting smoother connectivity for commuters, goods carriers, and emergency services.
The financial bid for the tender was opened on 17th October 2025 by PWD – CE & AS under the administrative supervision of ACE–Kota, SE–Bundi, and EE–Nainwa. Following the evaluation process, Hukum Infra emerged as the lowest bidder, quoting the minimum value for execution of the project. The tendering process reflects the department’s commitment to transparency and timely infrastructure delivery.
The total project cost stands at Rs. 399,999,999, representing a major public investment in transport infrastructure within Kota district. Once completed, the ROB is expected to significantly reduce travel time, improve safety standards, and contribute to long-term urban and regional development.
