The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA), through the office of the Director – Engineering – I, S.E. – 01, and Ex. En. – HQ, has issued an important tender for the construction of a 200-foot wide sector road in Zone 14 of Jaipur. This major infrastructure project aims to connect Tonk Road to Phagi Road via the key settlements of Teetariya and Pahadiya, enhancing inter-zonal mobility and future urban development in the southern outskirts of the city.
This proposed road is part of JDA’s broader master plan to develop well-connected, high-capacity sector roads across rapidly urbanizing zones. The stretch will not only decongest existing corridors but also serve as a strategic link between residential clusters, commercial areas, and major arterial routes, supporting long-term planned growth in Zone 14.
The financial bid for this project was opened on 27th June 2025, with several competitive bids received. Hardayal Constructions and Projects LLP quoted the lowest financial bid, positioning itself as the front-runner for project execution under the Rate Contract (RC) system.
The estimated cost of the project stands at ₹37,75,63,491.7, signifying a substantial investment by JDA in strengthening core infrastructure and improving regional connectivity in Jaipur.
