Gangamai Industries and Constructions Limited Got A Project: Providing concrete pavement to main internal roads in B, C, K M Block

The Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation through the MIDC Chief Engineer Aurangabad Zone, MIDC Superintending Engineer Aurangabad, and MIDC Civil Division Aurangabad invited a tender for the Aurangabad Industrial Area Concrete Road Development Project. The project involves providing concrete pavement to the main internal roads in B, C, K, and M Blocks, along with widening and concreting of the road stretch from Plot No. P-15 to D-9 and K-95 to K-64 in the Aurangabad industrial area.
The scope of work includes construction of durable concrete pavements, road widening, strengthening of existing internal roads, improvement of traffic circulation within the industrial estate, and execution of other allied civil works. The project is intended to enhance industrial infrastructure, improve freight movement, and provide long-lasting road facilities for industries operating in the area.
As per the tender details, the financial bid was opened on 13 May 2026 by the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation. After evaluation of bids submitted by participating contractors, Gangamai Industries and Constructions Limited emerged as the bidder quoting the minimum value for execution of the project.
The total project value stands at Rs. 494,071,545.7, representing a significant investment in industrial infrastructure development. Upon completion, the upgraded road network will improve internal connectivity, facilitate smoother movement of goods and vehicles, and strengthen the overall infrastructure of the Aurangabad industrial estate.
