The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, through P5 Delhi / LWE – MoRTH, RO Raipur – MoRTH, and NH Chhattisgarh PWD-Raipur, has invited a tender for the Construction and Up-gradation of the Kutul to Nilangur stretch on NH-130D. This project covers Km 98.160 to Km 105.330, with a total upgraded length of 7.170 km under PKG-4 (Part-2). The development is part of an ongoing plan to enhance national highway connectivity within Chhattisgarh, especially toward the Maharashtra Border.
The scope of work includes converting the existing route into a two-lane highway with paved shoulders, improving surface quality, and strengthening the pavement structure. This upgrade aims to handle increasing traffic flow, support interstate transport, and provide safer mobility for local communities. Enhanced drainage, improved geometric curves, and standard safety installations are also included in the project.

The financial bid opened on 12th September 2025, with GANESH PRASAD KHETAN quoting the minimum value for the work. The total project value has been recorded as Rs. 49,51,96,695, marking it as a significant investment in Chhattisgarh’s road infrastructure network.
