The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, through P5 Delhi / LWE – MoRTH, RO Raipur – MoRTH, and NH Chhattisgarh PWD-Raipur, has invited a tender for the Construction and Up-gradation of the Kutul to Nilangur stretch on NH-130D. This project covers Km 98.160 to Km 105.330, with a total upgraded length of 7.170 km under PKG-4 (Part-2). The development is part of an ongoing plan to enhance national highway connectivity within Chhattisgarh, especially toward the Maharashtra Border.
The scope of work includes converting the existing route into a two-lane highway with paved shoulders, improving surface quality, and strengthening the pavement structure.
