Brahma Infra Got A Project: PROVISION OF HANGAR WITH ANNEXES, TAXI TRACK AND ALLIED FACILITIES AT CGAE, VISAKHAPATNAM

The E-IN-C Branch – Military Engineer Services (MES), through the office of the ADG (Projects) and CE (CG) Visakhapatnam, has invited a tender for “80235 Provision of Hangar with Annexes, Taxi Track and Allied Facilities at CGAE, Visakhapatnam.” This project is a key infrastructure development for the Coast Guard Air Enclave (CGAE), aimed at enhancing aviation capacity, operational readiness, and support facilities at the Visakhapatnam base. The proposed works are crucial for accommodating aircraft operations and ensuring efficient ground movement.
The project scope includes construction of a modern hangar equipped with annex facilities, development of a dedicated taxi track, and creation of supporting infrastructure required for seamless aircraft handling and maintenance. The works will also integrate essential utilities, safety components, and structural elements designed to meet defence engineering specifications. Once completed, the upgraded facilities will strengthen the Coast Guard’s aerial capability and improve response efficiency during maritime operations.
The financial bid opening is scheduled for 19th September 2025, conducted under the supervision of the E-IN-C Branch – MES and the ADG (Projects)/CE (CG) Visakhapatnam. Following the financial evaluation, Brahma Infra emerged as the bidder with the minimum quoted value, meeting the technical and financial requirements of the tender.
The total project value stands at ₹313,135,950, marking a significant investment in aviation infrastructure for the Coast Guard. The upgraded hangar and taxi track will enhance operational flexibility and long-term strategic readiness.
