The Highways Department – Metro Wing, CMDP Circle has floated a significant tender for the formation of Tambaram Eastern Bye-Pass Road, an essential infrastructure project aimed at decongesting traffic and enhancing regional mobility in Chennai’s suburban corridors. This bypass is designed to branch from Km 17/4 of the Marmalong Bridge – Irumbuliyur Road, connecting Rajakilpakkam via Agaramthen Road towards Perungalathur, specifically from Km 8/080 to Km 8/775.
