The Public Works Road Department of Assam has floated a tender for the construction of a Road Over Bridge (ROB) on Lezai Kolakhowa Road, connecting Sessa Tiniali to Itakhuli, right at the railway level crossing No. MD-3 in Dibrugarh District.
