The Uttarakhand Peyjal Nigam through the offices of the Chief Engineer HQ Dehradun and GM Admin Peyjal Nigam invited a tender for the Cyber Center of Excellence Gandhi Road Dehradun. The project involves the construction of a proposed Cyber Center of Excellence at Dehradun, aimed at strengthening digital infrastructure and promoting advanced technological capabilities in the state.

As per the tender details, the financial bid was opened on 25 February 2026 by the Peyjal Nigam authorities through its headquarters in Dehradun. After evaluation of bids submitted by participating contractors, Agarwal Constructions emerged as the bidder quoting the minimum value for executing the project.
The total project value stands at Rs. 273,037,574.3, reflecting a focused investment in IT and institutional infrastructure. Upon completion, the Cyber Center of Excellence will enhance technological capabilities, support digital initiatives, and contribute to the development of a skilled workforce in Uttarakhand.
