V. T. Dinesh Kumar Got A Project: Strengthening of the road stretch from Km 132 324 to Km 213 000

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, through P6 Delhi – MoRTH, RO Bangalore – MoRTH, and NH Division Bangalore, has invited a tender for the Strengthening of the Kushalnagar–Hinkal–Mysore section of NH-275. The proposed work covers the stretch from Km 132.324 to Km 213.000, excluding specific sections at Km 137.200–144.400, Km 163.800–165.200, Km 168.115–168.390, Km 171.300–176.400, and Km 181.120–182.220. This project aims to enhance pavement durability along one of Karnataka’s most important highway corridors.
The strengthening work is designed to improve riding quality, increase load-bearing capacity, and enhance overall road safety. The scope includes pavement rehabilitation, treatment of damaged portions, drainage correction, and installation of standard road safety measures. As NH-275 connects major commercial and tourism hubs, strengthening this corridor is essential for reliable long-term mobility.
The project focuses on upgrading surface conditions to withstand higher traffic volumes and seasonal stress. By excluding previously completed or separately planned sections, the tender ensures targeted improvement of the most critical and deteriorated stretches. The strengthened route will reduce vehicle operating costs, travel time, and maintenance requirements for national and regional transport.
The financial bid opened on 30th September 2025, with V. T. Dinesh Kumar quoting the minimum bid value. The total value of the project stands at Rs. 49,74,58,260, marking it as a significant investment for highway strengthening under MoRTH in Karnataka.
