The Public Works Region-Pune, through the Public Works Circle-Solapur and Public Works Division-Pandharpur, has invited a tender for the construction of a major submersible bridge across the Bhima River on the Pandharpur-Degaon-Suste-Takalishinkandar-Kurul to join NH-202 Road (SH-390), at Km 0/350 near Old Dagadi Bridge, Taluka Pandharpur, Solapur district, Maharashtra.
The proposed project involves the construction of a major submersible bridge across the Bhima River to strengthen connectivity along the SH-390 corridor. The bridge is planned near the existing Old Dagadi Bridge and will provide an important river crossing for transportation between Pandharpur and the adjoining areas.
The financial bid for the project was opened on 1st August 2026 by the Public Works Region-Pune, Public Works Circle-Solapur and Public Works Division-Pandharpur. UNIQUE BUILDERS quoted the minimum value for the project and emerged as the minimum-value bidder.
The total value of the project is Rs. 313,626,009, equivalent to approximately Rs. 31.36 crore. The construction of the major submersible bridge is expected to improve cross-river connectivity and strengthen the road network around Pandharpur and Solapur district.
