THOPATE CONSTRUCTION Got A Project: IMPROVEMENT TO SAKURDE KAVADEWADI PINGORI TO WALHE ROAD

The Public Works Region-Pune, through the Public Works Circle-Pune and Public Works (South) Division-Pune, has invited a tender for the improvement of Sakurde-Kavadewadi-Pingori to Walhe Road (MDR-133), from Km 1/500 to 9/100, in Purandar Taluka, Pune district, Maharashtra. The specified section covers the Sakurde Phata to Walhe stretch.
The proposed project covers improvement works along the MDR-133 road section, with a total length of 7.60 km, along with one other associated work. The project is aimed at strengthening the existing road infrastructure and improving connectivity between Sakurde, Kavadewadi, Pingori and Walhe and the surrounding areas.
The financial bid for the project was opened on 24th August 2026 by the Public Works Region-Pune, Public Works Circle-Pune and Public Works (South) Division-Pune. THOPATE CONSTRUCTION quoted the minimum value for the project and emerged as the minimum-value bidder.
The total value of the project is Rs. 196,572,374.6, equivalent to approximately Rs. 19.66 crore. The improvement works are expected to provide better road connectivity and smoother transportation for residents and commuters across Purandar Taluka in Pune district.
