Shri Krishna and Company Got A Project:New construction of Moradabad Haridwar road

The Chief Engineer of Moradabad Zone, PWD Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, in coordination with the Rampur Circle PWD Rampur and Construction Division 2 PWD Bijnor – HQ Najibabad, has initiated a new tender process. The tender was floated for the new construction of the Moradabad-Haridwar Road (State Highway-49) from kilometer 55 to National Highway-734 via the Nehar Patri bypass road (ODR). This project also includes a provision for maintenance over a period of five years, ensuring the road remains in excellent condition post-completion.
The financial bid for this project was officially opened on 31st March 2025. Various reputed construction firms participated in the tender process. After thorough evaluation, the bid results were announced by the Chief Engineer Moradabad Zone PWD Moradabad UP, alongside Rampur Circle PWD Rampur and Construction Division 2 PWD Bijnor – HQ Najibabad authorities.
Among all the bidders, Shri Krishna and Company emerged as the lowest bidder for the project. Their competitive quotation demonstrated both technical competence and financial viability, meeting the rigorous standards set by the Public Works Department.
The total project cost has been estimated at ₹40,90,56,334.40. This significant investment is expected to enhance regional connectivity, boost local commerce, and offer safer and faster travel for commuters along this important corridor.
