The Uttarakhand Peyjal Nigam through the offices of the Managing Director Peyjal Nigam, CGM CW Dehradun, and GM Dehradun Peyjal Nigam invited a tender for the Type II Residential Quarters IRB II Dehradun. The project involves the construction of proposed Type-II residential quarters at India Reserve Battalion-II, East Hope Town (Plot-2), Dehradun, aimed at providing housing facilities for personnel.
The scope of work includes the development of residential units with essential infrastructure such as internal roads, water supply systems, sanitation facilities, electrical installations, and other amenities required for comfortable living. The project is designed to enhance residential infrastructure and support the welfare of personnel stationed at the battalion.
As per the tender details, the financial bid was opened on 12 February 2026 by the Peyjal Nigam authorities through its Construction Wing in Dehradun. After evaluation of bids submitted by contractors, Shreejikrupa Buildcon Ltd emerged as the bidder quoting the minimum value for executing the project.
The total project value stands at Rs. 399,074,465.3, indicating a significant investment in residential infrastructure development in Uttarakhand. Once completed, the residential quarters will improve living conditions for personnel and contribute to better infrastructure support within the India Reserve Battalion-II campus in Dehradun.
