The Public Works Region-Pune, through the Public Works Circle-Pune and Public Works (South) Division-Pune, has invited a tender for the improvement of Ambavane-Saltar-Bhambarde-Pipari-Vandre-Nive Road (MDR-24), from Km 0/00 to 7/00, in Mulshi Taluka, Pune district, Maharashtra. The specified section covers the Ambavane to Tailbail stretch.
The project includes improvement works along the 7-km MDR-24 road section, along with eight other associated works. The proposed road improvements are aimed at strengthening the existing road infrastructure and improving connectivity between Ambavane, Tailbail and the surrounding areas of Mulshi Taluka.
The financial bid for the project was opened on 24th August 2026 by the Public Works Region-Pune, Public Works Circle-Pune and Public Works (South) Division-Pune. Shankar Ramchandra Infra Pvt. Ltd. quoted the minimum value for the project and emerged as the minimum-value bidder.
The total value of the project is Rs. 1,179,399,744, equivalent to approximately Rs. 117.94 crore. The improvement works are expected to enhance road connectivity, improve transportation facilities and strengthen infrastructure across the project area in Pune district.
