Sathlokhar Synergys E&C Global Got A Project: Construction of IT Office Commercial Mixed Use Building Including Civil Construction Electrical

The Tidel Park Ltd Chennai through its Operation and Maintenance Civil Tidel Park invited a tender for the IT Office Commercial Mixed Use Building Hosur at Hosur. The project aims to develop a large-scale commercial and IT infrastructure facility, supporting industrial and technological growth in the region.
The scope of work includes comprehensive construction and development activities such as civil construction, electrical HT/LT systems, HVAC, elevators, Integrated Building Management System (IBMS), fire protection systems, plumbing and health engineering (PHE), structural façade, landscaping, and installation of STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) and WTP (Water Treatment Plant). The project is designed as a modern mixed-use facility catering to IT offices and commercial requirements with advanced infrastructure.
As per the tender details, the financial bid was opened on 20 February 2026 by Tidel Park Ltd, Chennai under its Operation and Maintenance Civil division. After evaluation of bids submitted by contractors, Sathlokhar Synergys E and C Global emerged as the bidder quoting the minimum value for executing the project.
The total project value stands at Rs. 3,656,866,962, representing a major investment in IT and commercial infrastructure development in Tamil Nadu. Upon completion, the project will significantly enhance business opportunities, generate employment, and strengthen the IT ecosystem in Hosur and surrounding regions.
