S R Constructions Got A Project: Construction of Balance Road at 5percent abadi plot in Sector-145

The New Okla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA) has invited a tender for the Construction of the Balance Road at the 5% Abadi Plot area in Sector-145. This project is aimed at completing the remaining road network in the sector, ensuring seamless movement for residents, institutional areas, and developing commercial pockets. As Sector-145 continues to grow as a key urban and residential zone, this road work is essential for strengthening internal connectivity and supporting planned development activities.
The scope of the project includes earthwork, subgrade preparation, pavement construction, drainage development, and the installation of necessary utility ducts. The work also involves creating a durable and well-structured carriageway with proper shoulders, signage, and safety measures. With this project, NOIDA aims to enhance accessibility within the abadi areas and ensure smooth integration of internal roads with the sector’s primary transportation network.
The financial bid opening is scheduled on 24th September 2025, conducted by the New Okla Industrial Development Authority. During the financial evaluation, S R Constructions emerged as the bidder with the minimum quoted value, meeting the competitive requirements of the tendering process.
The total project value stands at ₹248,694,072.3, reflecting a substantial investment in improving mobility and infrastructure comfort within Sector-145. Once completed, the project will significantly enhance residential accessibility and support future development across the area.
