P. P. Kharpatil Constructions Private Limited Got A Project: Development of roads upto 2nd stage along with footpath in Sector – 52 to 55 under 12.5 (PERCENT) Scheme at Dronagiri Node.

The City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Limited through its Engineering Department invited a tender for the Dronagiri Node Road Development Project. The project involves the development of roads up to the second stage along with footpaths in Sectors 52 to 55 under the 12.5% Scheme at Dronagiri Node, Maharashtra.
The scope of work includes second-stage road development, construction of footpaths, pavement works, drainage infrastructure, utility provisions, and other allied civil works. The project is intended to improve internal road connectivity, enhance pedestrian safety, and support planned urban development in the Dronagiri Node area.
As per the tender details, the financial bid was opened on 20 May 2026 by the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Limited (CIDCO). After evaluation of bids submitted by participating contractors, P. P. Kharpatil Constructions Private Limited emerged as the bidder quoting the minimum value for execution of the project.
