Nirmal Singh Contractor Got A Project:Widening and Strengthning of Raisinghnagar-Padampur road

The Public Works Department (PWD) – CE and AS, in association with ACE Bikaner, SE Sri Ganganagar, and EE Sri Ganganagar, has floated a tender for an important road infrastructure project in Rajasthan. The proposed work involves the widening and strengthening of the Raisinghnagar–Padampur road, covering a stretch from Village 20 PS Bus Stand to the Sri Ganganagar–Suratgarh Highway via Ridmalsar, extending from Km 0/00 to 25/00.
This key road corridor plays a vital role in regional connectivity between rural and urban nodes. The upgradation will not only improve vehicular movement but also enhance road safety and reduce travel time for commuters and transport services. The project is expected to benefit local agricultural trade, daily transit, and public transportation systems across the Sri Ganganagar district.
The financial bid for the project was officially opened on 20th May 2025, attracting significant interest from contractors due to the road’s economic and logistical importance. The competition underlines the state’s focus on enhancing essential transport infrastructure in northern Rajasthan.
After a thorough evaluation process, Nirmal Singh Contractor emerged as the lowest bidder, qualifying for the project execution. The total project value stands at ₹27,71,21,358.3, marking a substantial investment by the government to strengthen its regional road network.
