The Road Construction Department (RCD) of Dumka, under the leadership of RCD EinC, RCD CE Comm, RCD SE Road Circle Dumka, and RCD EE Deoghar, has invited tenders for the remaining work of widening and strengthening/reconstruction of the Baratand More – Kurwa – Rangamatiya – Palajori stretch on State Highway 15 (SH-15). The project covers a total length of 25.594 km, including the construction of a bridge to enhance connectivity and improve road safety in the region.
The financial bids for this project were opened on February 5, 2025, with Manoj Kumar Singh submitting the lowest bid, offering the most cost-effective proposal.
The estimated project value is approximately ₹41.16 crores (₹411,633,602.40). This project aims to improve infrastructure, reduce travel time, and provide a safer, more efficient route for both commuters and commercial vehicles.
