The Chief Engineer, Gorakhpur Zone, PWD Uttar Pradesh, in collaboration with the SE Deoria Circle, PWD Deoria, has floated a tender for a strategically vital road infrastructure project in Kushinagar district. Once completed, the improved corridor will facilitate smoother traffic flow and ensure better connectivity for remote areas within Kushinagar.
The financial bid for this project was opened on 9th May 2025, with multiple qualified firms showing interest. This strong participation underscores the project’s significance and the government’s commitment to improving border-area infrastructure under the broader regional development framework.
After careful evaluation, M/s Vijendra Pratap Singh was identified as the lowest bidder, positioning them to carry out the proposed works. The total project value stands at ₹21,37,67,077.4, indicating a substantial infrastructure investment to strengthen rural connectivity and border accessibility in Uttar Pradesh.
