The Chief Engineer of the Public Works Department (PWD), Meerut Zone, alongside the Superintending Engineer of PWD Bulandshahar and the Executive Engineer of the Provincial Division, PWD Bulandshahar, has finalized the tender process for the vital project concerning the widening and strengthening of the Anoopshahr-Shikarpur road. This Other District Road (ODR) serves as a key transportation artery in the region, and its enhancement is a significant step towards improved infrastructure.
The financial bids submitted for this important road development initiative were officially opened on March 31st, 2025, by the designated authorities representing the Chief Engineer’s office in Meerut, the Superintending Engineer’s office in Bulandshahar, and the Executive Engineer’s office within the Provincial Division of Bulandshahar. Following a comprehensive evaluation of the competitive bids received, M/S VIJAY KUMAR emerged as the lowest bidder, thereby securing the contract for the execution of this crucial infrastructure work.
The total financial outlay for the widening and strengthening of the Anoopshahr-Shikarpur road project is estimated at Rs. 136,025,874.3.
