The Public Works Department (PWD) through the CE & AS, ACE Kota, SE Kota, and EE Ramganj Mandi invited a tender for the Widening and Strengthening of MDR-253, covering the stretch from Km 15/0 to Km 33/500. This corridor connects Amjhar – Khedli – Chechat – Madanpura – Goynda and extends up to the Madhya Pradesh border in Kota district. The project aims to enhance regional connectivity and improve road safety on this important medium-distance route.
The work includes widening the existing carriageway, strengthening pavement layers, improving geometry, and upgrading associated roadside infrastructure.
