The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA), through the office of the Director – Engineering – II, along with the Superintending Engineer (SE) – 02, Executive Engineer, and Technical Assistant to Director Engineering – II, has invited a tender for the construction of BT (Bituminous) roads. The work will be carried out across various Niji Khatedari residential JDA-approved schemes under ARC, Zone-09, Jaipur.
This project aims to strengthen internal connectivity in newly developed residential areas by laying high-quality bituminous roads. The construction of these roads will not only improve accessibility for residents but also enhance urban infrastructure, ensuring smoother transportation and better integration of residential colonies into the city’s road network.
The financial bid for this tender was opened on 23rd July 2025 by JDA officials. The bidding process adhered to transparent procedures and competitive evaluation, ensuring fair participation among eligible contractors.
