The Chief Engineer of the Gorakhpur Zone, PWD Gorakhpur (U.P.), along with the Gorakhpur Circle PWD, has issued a tender for the widening and strengthening of a major road section in the region. The project pertains to the Bhiti–Bansgoan–Gola Road (SH-146) from Ch. 25.200 to 41.330, situated in Gorakhpur district. This initiative also includes five years of post-construction maintenance.
The project involves upgrading the existing stretch into a 2-lane road with paved shoulders, enhancing road capacity and safety. This route is a key regional connector and sees high traffic volume.
